This is to announce that the Council has approved the funding to sponsor members to attend the 2006 IFBLS World Congress in Seoul, Korea from 15 to 19, September, 2006.  An amount of 50% of the registration fee will be awarded to each successful candidate.  However the funding is limited to 20 delegates.  If there are more applicants, members will be selected based on their seniorities and histories of services of the Institute.

Members have to registered by themselves first (deadline for early registration: 30 June 2006 / group registration may be available).  Reimbursement will be made to successful applicants upon the submission of the original official receipt from the Congress organizer.
